ADHD Traits - an unconscious response to old pain...
Address the pain and traits will end...

A few important things to understand about the more challenging Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) Traits

1. You’re NOT lazy. Your issues with sensitivity, procrastination, executive function issues, brain fog, bad memory and more are not your fault.

2. You weren’t born with ADHD.. you were born with a predisposition to it though.

3. Your journey towards ADHD most likely started when you were very young.

4. ADHD can COMPLETELY end… RAPIDLY

1.  You're NOT lazy. Your issues with sensitivity, procrastination, executive function issues, brain fog, Bad memory and more are not your fault.

In fact no part of ADHD is Your Fault.

ADHD is an unconscious response to past pain.

That part of your mind that runs life on autopilot, that can allow you to drive or complete a task while you are deep in conversation or miles away in thought is the part of your mind that controls the ADHD traits that can be really frustrating and at times life limiting.

You are no more in control of that part of your mind as you are in charge of the part of your mind that controls your breathing and blinking, (the very same part of your mind incidentally). For a short while you can impact them all, but not lastingly, not effortlessly.

2. You weren't born with ADHD

You weren’t born with ADHD traits.

ADHD traits came about as a response to trauma, physical and/or emotional trauma that triggered a predisposition to ADHD.

Babies and small children predisposed to ADHD are also predisposed to hyper sensitivity.

At some point, after experiencing a trauma, being humiliated, sensing your parents stress, feeling vulnerable, hurt, rejected, abandoned or unseen, someone offered your young inexperienced mind was flooded with a range of unsettling feelings.

In moments of deep distress and uncertainty new beliefs about who you were and what worth you had/have created new patterns.

Your unconscious mind switched your ability to focus off or turned it down significantly so you had limited attention to situations you had no control over, but as a result, your attention to any thing that didn’t hold value to you diminished also.

Escaping into a world of daydreams, creativity and exploration was one way to avoid the pressures and lack of control you felt in the world around you.

This was one way your unconscious mind tried to protect your hyper sensitive self from being hurt.

As a result, simple comprehension of information, like following directions, or planning ahead for a deadline have become scrambled. Losing things is a frequent occurrence, being forgetful, unorganised, messy, late, lost, exhausted and anxious is also an issue.

Numbing out  = Safety and comfort.

3. You Started Your Journey To ADHD When You were Very Young.

Your unconscious mind developed most of the strategies it was going to use to keep you safe and alive over the course of your formative years.

Turning your ability to focus and retain information down was one way to do so.

For most, the ADHD traits that impact them now have been with them as far back as they can recall, with frequent complaints from school teachers and parents reminding you that they were lazy, messy, half-hearted, and are unlikely to amount to very much.

For many adult women ADHD was never suspected during their childhood.

ADHD has mostly been associated with naughty, hyperactive boys.

Because girls don’t usually display those traits, most often we go under the radar.

As girls’ we tended to internalise the frustrations, struggles and challenges we felt.

As a result, the constant struggles lead to us believing weren’t-good-enough.

4. ADHD traits can COMPLETELY end... RAPIDLY

Because ADHD is patterns acquired by the unconscious mind as a coping mechanisms to deal with stress and trauma, hypnosis is the perfect tool to rewire any old outdate patterns.

Hypnosis works with the unconscious mind and Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH) communicates in a manner that gives the unconscious mind the space to realise it is using responses that are not beneficial.

ACH is powerful and probably one of the fastest and most effective ways of rewiring old outdated programs in the unconscious mind..

ONE session is enough to address an old programming, to understand why it was established and to allow the unconscious mind to simply collapse that pattern.

Using our unique, gentle, conversation hypnosis there is no need to be put into deep trance. You are fully aware as you are guided to communicate from your unconscious mind.

Hypnosis changes lives

Testimonials

Hi Stacey, I just wanted to get in touch and give you an update since my session a couple of weeks ago. I have big news.. I’m binge free!

I have been since the session. Understanding why I binge and what food meant to me since I was a child, has changed everything. It’s not like I’m trying to do anything differently, I just feel and am acting differently towards food, effortlessly.
My world for 37 years has revolved around food, diets and eating disorders. You have no idea how freeing it is to have space and peace from those thoughts. I finally feel like I’m healing the relationship with food, and myself. Thank you - this session has been life changing, life healing.

Binge Eating Disorder
I was seeking assistance for procrastination and had heard about Advanced Conversational hypnosis, I tentatively booked a session with Stacey, not expecting great things as I had previously used hypnosis, on more than one occasion, without success. I always had trouble going into a relaxed trance like state therefore, I was more than surprised when I experienced this within a short time during the session.
Stacey had done what no other therapist had managed, she skillfully guided me into that deeper, more receptive, state that had previously eluded me, freeing my resistant subconscious and providing remarkable results which continue to improve daily. I truly cannot speak more highly of Stacey's ability which was offered up with sincerity and kindness.

Procrastination and Feeling Stuck
Thank you Stacey🙏 Things have been good, I've been sleeping well (I slept like a baby Monday night!!) and it really feels like things are shifting. I'v been doing some of my usual routines but it's strange as it almost feels like I'm doing them for the sake of it rather than feeling like I need to do them. It's like there's this deep knowing that things are starting to change, and I have this feeling of nervous excitement that keep bubbling up.
Thank you so much for Monday and for your kindness and understanding. Its been lovely working with you again.

Client review ADHD - Anxiety and spiraling thoughts

Hey Stacey, so lovely to hear from you!

I can’t even explain how much the session has changed the way I view myself,
something happened shortly after the session that normally would’ve put me in a
depressive state for weeks and I quite literally brushed it off as
if nothing happened!

I’m so thankful for how much you’ve helped me…
I’m overall feeling so much lighter and happier!
Thankyou!!!
