How science is verifying the power of Hypnosis to create change..
Interview on London Real with Dr Bruce Lipton
More than thirty years ago, when Marisa Peer was freshly trained in clinical hypnosis, she began to explored how she could use her knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy to aid her clients while in trance. She wanted to create a rapid change so her clients didn’t need to spend months on end in therapy. She had no idea back then what she was about to unleash on the world.
Over the years Marisa has refined and mastered her craft so that usually, within one single 2 hour session (maximum of three sessions ) she can totally transform clients health issues both physical and mental, ranging from fears, phobias, addictions and limiting self beliefs to auto immune diseases, PTSD, improving eye sight, reversing scoliosis, overcoming weight issues and much, much more .
The two main components to her work are hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and repetition to reprogram the mind into a new way of thinking. Bringing the desires of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind into harmony.
Her techniques worked so much so that Marisa became the therapist to the stars, the rich and famous queued up for her help with everything from dieting to addictions, anger management to confidence issues and much more.
While Marisa was practising her unique therapy, Dr Bruce Lipton was bringing to the world his discoveries. Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cloned human stem cells, the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behaviour and the cell’s information processing systems.
In 1982, Dr Lipton discovered that the outer membrane of the human cell was the cell’s equivalent to a brain and that the cell was influenced not only by genes which had the ability to turn themselves on and off, but by the environment the cell was surrounded by.
His understandings and teachings differed to the established scientific communities view of that time, which was that life was controlled by the genes alone, Dr Lipton began leading the way to one of today’s most important fields of study to date, the science of epi-genetics.
In this short video, Dr Bruce Lipton explains to Brian Rose of London Real how we are not predestined to have health issues, traits, habits etc, but are more likely ‘programmed’ by our earliest childhood experiences and environment. He explains how our conscious daily hopes and desires are mostly controlled by the experiences of our childhood.
Dr Lipton explains why techniques, such as those used in Rapid Transformational Therapy (and some other hypnosis based therapies), have been having such phenomenal success for decades.
and that even though we have been running off programs created in our formative years, through hypnosis, communicating with the subconscious mind and repetition of new understandings, our ‘programming,’ which impacts our thoughts and beliefs, can change. Through changing destructive, yet invisible programming that limits us, most often acquired through seeing our parents fight or struggle, through being bullied, being humiliated, experiencing grief, fear, abandonment, pressure, isolation and all types of suffering, we are able to change our self destructive programming and outlook on life. Those changes then often have a rippling effect that positively impacts our mental and physical health.
In this video Dr Bruce Lipton explains the power of healing through hypnosis.
