Many people complain about exhaustion, brain fog, memory loss and generally feeling unmotivated to take action in their lives, I should know, I’v suffered with all of the above at times. So when I’m asked whether RTT for increasing motivation, memory, energy and reducing procrastination can work, the answer is yes, it can and does definitely work. Some hidden from view experiences from childhood would have created beliefs that will play out in some way or other, maybe through unrealised self sabotage, or by not wanting to put yourself out there for fear of failure, or maybe feeling unworthy or deserving of good health and happiness, there are multiple reasons from a psychological perspective for why we may feel uninspired and drained, but regardless of those underlying causes, there are always ways to improve our well being on a daily basis.
Good sleep, drinking plenty of water, exercising, spending time in nature, meditating, spending time with people you love and eating a nutritionally food are all vitally important to our physical and mental health.
